SLOUGH Under 10s hosted Bracknell for a combined training session and a match at Tamblyn Fields.
Caleb Donohoe got the scoring under way with an immediate try for the young Greenies but Bracknell replied quickly with a score of their own to level the scores.
A competitive game ensued with Hector Madumere and Hayden Karize putting in some great tackles plus mazy runs from Ali Minhas and Jayden Lally to take the ball forward.
Some good game management from Sam Woolnough and Evadne Vermeulen supported Harvey Hitchings-Goswell and Haidar Shakir over the line for a 5-3 win.
The Slough youth section is looking for more players to strengthen its age group squads. Boys and girls aged seven or above are invited to get in tough and join the teams for a free taster session.
