SLOUGH Under-7/8s and U9s final fixture of the season was at the annual Twickenham Festival.
The U9s got off to a flying start, opening the scoring with an immediate try against Harlequins in their first game.
Caleb Donohoe and Harvey Hitchings-Goswell added to the score but the opposition matched them try for try and the game ended in a draw.
Sloughwere unable to make it over the line against a strong touring Ipswich team in their second game, but Sky Randall crossed the whitewash in a well-contested match against Teddington.
U9s coach Mary Blumbergs was pleased with his the Slough teams fared on the day. She said: "The U9s had a great day of rugby, making lots of progress both as a team and as individuals.
"Our combined U7/8s team also had a great time, growing in confidence with every game and displaying some excellent tagging and passing skills.
"An enjoyable day all round and a great way to finish the season."
