Salt Hill Park will be hosting a 'Play Day' between 12noon-4pm this Wednesday (August 15) where a combination of sports clubs, voluntary sector organisations and emergency services will all in one place offering you the chance to get involved.
Elsewhere, do not miss out on the chance to get involved in some free taster sessions at Herschel Sports Centre on this Saturday (August 18, 10am-4pm) as part of the 'Join In' weekend - a nationwide event that is running to encourage people of all ages to have a go at a sport they might not have tried before.
