Four e-scooters were seized in Eton during an operation to crack down on crime in the Windsor and Maidenhead area.
Operation LIFESTYLE was caried out on Tuesday, December 3 on the streets of Eton by Windsor’s neighbourhood policing team.
Their aim was to stop and seize the use of privately owned E-Scooters and modified E-Bikes as well as cyclists contravening traffic signs on the one way system on Eton High Street.
Alongside the seizure of the four e-scooters whose owners were driving with no insurance, police issued two penalty notices to cyclists.
These were for contravening traffic signs on the one way system on Eton High Street.
The neighbourhood policing team is set to continue their patrols across the Royal Borough.
