Police community support officers (PCSOs) have been tackling crime in Maidenhead.
Officers Ahmed and Miller spent the weekend engaging with the community and taking action against various criminal activities.
Their efforts included a visit to the Maidenhead Gurdwara, where they set up a crime prevention stand to educate people about fraud, scams, vehicle crime, and distraction thefts.
The officers engaged with various members of the Sikh community, including Councillor Singh.
The PCSO team also increased their presence in the town centre, regularly patrolling on foot and liaising with store security officers, including at Marks & Spencer.
These measures are part of a wider plan to counter shoplifting, antisocial behaviour, and distraction thefts in the lead-up to Christmas.
Officers also spotted a car in suspicious circumstances, which was then seized by the Incident Crime Response and Tasking Team for being untaxed and unroadworthy.
Patrols have also been set up at Bailey Close following reports of drug use in the stairwells.
