The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates’ Courts.

MATTHEW PEACOCK, 27, of Common Road, Dorney, pleaded guilty to drink driving on October 27 this year with 65mg of alcohol in 100mg of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £250. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £100.
KURTIS ELGOOD, 37, of Longs Way, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wokingham on October 19 this year with 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £1,000. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £400.
CAE PARKER, 36, of Conwy Close, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading on October 19 this year with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £200. There were no orders for costs.
LUKE WEATHERLEY, 35, of Rodway Road, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Maidenhead on October 19 this year. He also pleaded guilty to one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment on the same day. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.
CAROLINE HANDLEY, 55, of Edinburgh Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop on November 4 this year after stealing two books and two rolls of ribbons to the value of £29.60 belonging to Hobbycraft. She was fined £50. There were no orders for costs.
NATACHA REIS NOLASCO, 28, of Beecham Drive, Fishponds, Bristol, pleaded guilty to possession of two counts of Class A drugs, namely Psilocon and MDMA, and two counts of Class B drugs, namely ketamine and cannabis. They were given a period of conditional discharge for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
NIGEL BANNING, 30, of Arborfield Green, Reading, pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle on January 9 this year in Whitley Wood Road, Reading. He was fined £200 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.
