Police officers across Maidenhead joined in the festivities with residents at the Christmas lights switch on last weekend.
On Saturday, November 23, live music and entertainment took place outside the town hall as people made it out despite the harsh weather to witness the town’s Christmas event.
Thames Valley Police posted a video of PC Ahmed & PCSO Miller from Neighbourhood Team dancing along to Johnny Be Good sung by the live band on stage.
According to police, further police were also roaming the area on roving patrols to make sure everyone was safe.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Despite the pouring & wind we managed to keep smiling, engaged with lots of families and even had a cheeky little dance.
“Thank you to everyone who said hello.”
