A Windsor poet has had her first book published.
Rhyme and Reason, by Susan O'Brien, is a collection of her best poems, spanning her lifetime of writing.
The book, published by Tim Saunders Publications, includes pieces that reflect personal tragedies as well as more humorous moments.
Ms O'Brien started writing poetry at the age of 14 or 15 and prefers poems that rhyme.
She said, "I personally prefer poetry to rhyme and each poem I have written has a reason, hence I have called the book, Rhyme and Reason."
Mr Saunders added, "Poetry is immensely personal and I always find it a privilege when a poet shares their innermost thoughts."
Rhyme and Reason is now available for purchase in bookstores and online.
