A police officer has 'selflessly' got behind the wheel of a Mclaren supercar - after it broke down in a dangerous spot on a road near Slough.
Police posted a picture on social media of the officer climbing into the McLaren 720S supercar.
An officer said: "When this Mclaren broke down in a dangerous location our Sergeant selflessly volunteered to steer whilst we towed it to a safer location to await recovery."
The post prompted a series of tongue-in-cheek comments.
"Everyone's dream to steer a broken down McLaren lol," one user posted.
"Can he post a review of his driving experience?" another asked.
Commenting on the seemingly tall stature of the officer climbing into the compact car, another said: "Can we get footage of him climbing back out?"
