A driver crashed into a ditch after careening off a roundabout in Maidenhead during the weekend.
According to police, the white car careened off the road and ended up in a woodland area just off Braywick roundabout on Sunday, November 3.
Police were called to the scene alongside the specialist recovery team.
Officers from the road policing team reported this incident on social media which showed photos of the damage that was caused when the car smashed into a tree.
A spokesperson from the TVP Road Policing Team said: “The driver failed to negotiate the roundabout in the early hours and came to rest in the centre, straddling a ditch.
“The driver is in custody on suspicion of impaired driving having failed roadside tests.”
The car was recovered from the woodland after police were called.
