From wicked witches to ghostly ghouls, Halloween brings out a host of creatures that can be spotted roaming the streets.

One symbol however that can be spotted anytime of year causing both fear, fascination and excitement is the infamous black cat.

Although the animal is often a symbol of bad luck due to their connection with enchantment and magic, the adorable creatures actually make incredible companions for their owners who all seem to be in love.
