New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Slough’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Paratha Box & Shahjahan Grill, an Indian restaurant and takeaway at Wexham Road, Slough was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 13.

A spokesperson for Paratha Box has described their cuisine as innovative.

They said: "Welcome to a place where passion meets perfection. Our Paratha Experts are industry leaders, curating an innovative menu that delights every palate.

"From our infamous pizza paratha to our delicious noodles with grilled chicken and vegetables, our menu has something for everyone.

"What are you waiting for? Come and experience our delicious handmade food."

And Pathan's Afghan and Pakistani Cuisine, a takeaway at 390 Farnham Road, Slough was also given a score of three on September 12.

The establishment offers customers Asian, Pakistani, and Indian cuisine, and their dishes include samosas, kebabs, and biryanis.
