A woman has been sexually assaulted by an elderly man in turban in a Slough park, prompting a police appeal for witnesses.
The incident happened at the Mercian Way Recreation Ground between 12pm and 1pm on Monday.
The victim, a woman was walking her dog in the recreation ground when an elderly man approached her and spoke to her in Punjabi, according to Thames Valley Police.
The man then followed the victim around the park before sexually assaulting her by kissing her on the face and touching her inappropriately.
The offender is described as an Asian man in his seventies or eighties, of average build, about 5ft 2ins to 5ft 4ins tall, with grey hair and a long grey beard down to his chest, according to Thames Valley Police.
The victim believes the offender may have had a lazy eye.
The offender was wearing a turban, a shirt, a dark-coloured jumper, a dark-coloured jacket, trousers and brown leather shoes. He was carrying an umbrella.
Investigator Hannah Dutton said: “The victim has provided us with a detailed description of the offender. If anyone recognises the description of the offender or if you have any suspicions as to who the offender might be then please contact Thames Valley Police.
