A Grade II listed building that used to be an Edwardian police station has been sold.

Admiral House, in St Leonard's Road, Windsor, has been sold by the RO Group to a private buyer for an undisclosed sum.

The building was transformed into a multi-tenanted office building, with an outdoor terrace, showers, bike storage and electric vehicle charging points.

The office space is situated in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, a commercial location known for its history, cultural appeal, and connectivity.

The RO Group invested in a refurbishment of the building, which is home to 23 parking spaces and a B EPC rating.

Nick Cashmore, RO Group's investment director, said: "We are very pleased to announce the successful sale of Admiral House in Windsor.

"This transaction exemplifies our strategy to generate value through strategic repositioning and targeted enhancements that attract high-quality tenants and command premium rents.

"With the building fully occupied by a diverse mix of established tenants, the sale offers the new owner both a secure income stream and attractive long-term opportunities for alternative uses.

"We intend to recycle the proceeds of the sale into further strategic acquisitions prior to the end of the year."

The RO Group was advised by Gerald Eve and Osborne Clarke, while JLL and Quastels advised the purchaser.

The RO Group is a family-owned company established in 1932 that invests in commercial property, housebuilding, and venture capital.
