Oak House care home is hosting an open day on September 21 to show off its newly refurbished facility.
Live entertainment, games, a bouncy castle, an array of food stands, and a barbecue organized by the home's resident chef will feature at the site, on Wexham Road, between 11am and 4pm.
Attendees will be able to tour the refurbished ground floor, which will be used primarily for low care nursing needs and residential dementia care.
Agnieszka Klimkowicz-Buda, home manager at Oak House, said: "As always, we’re looking forward to opening the doors to Oak House and welcoming the community into our fantastic home.
"It will be a pleasure to see plenty of faces and show off our great new look.
"We understand how important it is for a care home to feel like home, which is why we’re encouraging local people to come and take a look for themselves, meet the team and find out more about how life at Oak House is special.
"We’re incredibly proud of the warm and welcoming environment we’ve created here – we’re looking forward to meeting the people of Slough and the surrounding areas!"
Oak House, part of Care UK, provides residential, nursing, and short-term respite care, as well as specialist dementia care.
The home has its own café, hair salon, and cinema room.
