Two men have both been charged with multiple crimes after a fight broke out in Slough Town Centre.
Just before midday on Friday, August 30, Thames Valley Police were called to the area of the town after reports were made that two males had an ‘altercation’ in the vicinity.
An eyewitness has also said that ‘there was lots of blood’ around the café seating area, and that the incident ‘looked like a vicious attack’.
The force has since confirmed that the two men involved were arrested at the scene, and have since been charged.
Mamdouh Adam, 18, of no fixed abode, has been charged with one count of Section 20 grievous bodily harm and one count of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Qasim Hussain, 26, of The Frithe, Slough, has been charged with one count of actual bodily harm assault and one count of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Both men are due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday, September 2).
Images obtained by the Observer show parts of the town centre were cordoned off as the police conducted an investigation.
