Property Solvers have released data that shows the most and least expensive streets in Windsor.
The average house price in Windsor is £477,950 using HM Land Registry data.
The average property price increased by £59,839 (10.79%) over the last 5 years and increased by £11,963 (1.99%) over the last 12 months.
Over the last year, there were 293 residential property sales – a decrease of 164 transactions (-55.97%) relative to the previous year.
The majority of house sales (88) were in the £414,000 - £558,000 range. Then came properties in the £270,000 - £414,000 range, where 72 were sold within this price bracket.
Excluding fall throughs, properties are taking an average of 65 days to sell (from being listed to completion) and the average difference between asking and sold prices is £-23,100 (-3%).
In June 2024, there were 82 new estate agency instructions, 65 agreed home sales and 49 property price reductions.
