A chain chicken restaurant in Slough could keep on selling food late into the night if its plans are successful.
The Pepe's Piri Piri chain has two restaurants in Slough, with one in the High Street and the second opening in Farnham Road in May last year.
The chain is known for its tasty piri piri barbecued chicken menu, including wraps, burgers and desserts.
Now the franchisees in charge of the restaurant in Farnham Road have applied to keep food sales going until 2am from Sunday to Thursday, and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The application has been submitted by Pepe's Piri Piri franchisees Direct Foods.
You can respond to a statutory consultation into the application by emailing licensing@slough.gov.uk. Representations must be made by the end of Wednesday, August 14.
A separate application has been submitted by a company called Sim Brands Ltd for late night refreshment during the same hours at the former Age Concern charity shop next door at 280 Farnham Road.
According to the Pepe's website, the restaurant in Farnham Road is already open until 1am Sunday to Thursday, and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Meanwhile, the Pepe's in the High Street closes at 11pm Monday to Thursday, at 2am on Fridays and Saturdays and 11pm on Sundays.
Pepe's is a halal-certified chain.
