The streets with the highest-valued properties in Slough are Kimbers Drive, Poyle Lane and Green Lane, with average sold prices exceeding £1 million.

This was revealed by Property Solvers, which tracked five years' worth of sold house price data from HM Land Registry.

Kimbers Drive in Slough saw three properties sold on average for £1,375,000, making it the prime location.

Followed by three properties on Poyle Lane revealing an average price of £1,260,000 and four properties on Green Lane netting an average of £1,052,625.

On the other end of the spectrum, some of the most affordable streets include Topaz Close where eight properties sold for an average of £113,937.

Victoria Road's four properties averaged £132,125, and Queens Court saw eight properties selling at the average of £141,375.

Commenting on the data obtained, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales."

Revealing a noteworthy outlier, he added, "It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Dorney Wood Road (SL1) sold for £3,675,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £100,000 and under on Institute Road (SL6), Hencroft Street South (SL6) and Queens Court (SL6)."
