Maidenhead's Waterside Quarter is abuzz with anticipation for their upcoming 'Summer at the Quarter' event.

Transforming the area into a festival of free fun, the occasion will debut on August 3, offering a medley of thrilling activities and live entertainment.

Held from 1pm to 5pm, the free-to-attend event will feature joyrides on boats, captivating live music, and a host of indulgences including a pop-up bar and an ice cream van.

The afternoon programme, thanks to the Friends of Maidenhead Waterways, not only offers boat rides for a refreshing view of the district but also enticing live performances from local musicians.

Visitors can lounge on deck chairs spread across the waterside, soaking the lively beat and the infectious atmosphere.

Food lovers can satiate their cravings at the Coppa Club's pop-up bar with a variety of spritzes and coolers, or bite into a delightful pizza from Presto.

Adding a sprinkle of nostalgia, an ice cream van will treat the attendees with age-old 99 cones for only 99p!

Health enthusiasts aren't left out, with the local gym F45 offering goodie bags and running a competition for a free month's membership in the quarter itself.

Delighted by the upcoming event, Managing Director of Sorbon Estates, Katherine Croom said: "We are thrilled to host the first ever 'Summer at the Quarter' event at our Waterside Quarter development in Maidenhead.

"The Waterside Quarter area is a brilliant location for a vibrant day to bring the local community together, we look forward to seeing visitors enjoy a fantastic day out".

The exuberant 'Summer at the Quarter' is scheduled on Saturday 3rd August, free for everyone to join in.
