Investigations into a sexual assault are underway after two teenagers were attacked in a Slough park.

The incident took place between 10:30 am and 11:30 am on June 12 in Kennedy Park, near to the gym equipment and car park opposite the shops on Twist Way.

The offender, who has been described as a black teenager, aged between 17 and 20-years-old, sexually assaulted one of the girls before stealing the victims’ phone.

The offender was reportedly wearing a black durag, a grey tracksuit, grey trainers and a blue rucksack.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Gemma Thompson, said: “This was a concerning incident for the two victims and we carrying out an investigation in order to locate the offender.

“We have been conducting a thorough investigation following this incident and have made an arrest.

An 18-year-old man from Slough was arrested in connection to the sexual assault during police investigations. He has been released on conditional bail.
