Participants have been thanked for a wonderful event that took place at Slough’s main shopping centre last weekend.

The voluntary fair brought together more than 30 groups such as Thames Hopsice and People in Harmony to network and share information about the services they provide.

The event was organised by Slough Council for Voluntary Services (CVS) for the #OneSlough Volunteer Fair, which was attended by Councillor Balwinder S Dhillon (Conservative, Upton) the Mayor and dozens of volunteers.

Participants enjoyed arts and crafts and a Silent Disco Walking Tour of Slough, which involved listening to music and walking around in the town centre.
