A highly anticipated chain restaurant has opened its doors in Taplow.
Nando's has today (June 3) launched its newest restaurant in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area with a 136 seater venue in the Bishop Centre.
The restaurant has inside and outside seating - with provisions for takeaway and Click and Collect.
Guests will be able to find the usual favourites and recently launched Garlic Churrasco Burger and PERi-Mac & Cheese.
The restaurant opening has introduced 30 jobs for people in the area and has also partnered with local charity One Recovery Bucks.
One Recovery Bucks helps those living in Buckinghamshire impacted by their own or someone else’s use of alcohol and drugs, as part of its ‘No Chuckin’ our Chicken’ food redistribution initiative.
The restaurant is also working with The Vine Centre on its employability programme, providing opportunities into employment to people who may experience barriers into work.
Nando’s champions it’s Southern African heritage by continually working with South African based designers across all aspects of its restaurants.
At Nando’s Taplow this includes geometric fabrics, hand-woven pendant lights and cork detailing.
Restaurant manager, Mohamed Ahamed Mubarak said: “We’re delighted to be opening the doors to our brand-new Taplow restaurant! This is a really exciting opening for us, and we can’t wait to be serving up Nando’s iconic PERi-PERi and vibes at a new spot in Buckinghamshire.”
Nando’s Taplow will be open from June 3, 11:30am to 10pm seven days a week.
