A man has been ordered to pay almost £1,500 in costs and fines after being caught speeding.
Jonathan Diver, 60, of Billet Lane, Iver, was observed speeding at 86mph on the M40 near Milton Common.
The incident occurred on August 31, 2023 - and Diver was caught in a 70mph zone.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding.
At High Wycombe Magistrates' Court, the defendant was fined £923.
He was also ordered to pay £90 in court costs and a £396 victim surcharge.
He has been banned from the road for six months, and his driving licence has been endorsed with three points.
