A man is standing trial accused of inappropriately touching another male at a Windsor micropub.

Christopher Moore, 39, of Kentons Lane, Windsor, stands charged with sexual assault over an incident at the Hoppy Place, a craft beer shop in St Leonard's Road.

He denies the allegation.

Reading Crown Court heard that, on September 3 last year, Moore was drinking at the establishment.

CCTV footage from the day was played for jurors today (May 30). It shows a man brushing past Moore as he moves towards the bar.

The man claims that, around this time, he felt a hand on his buttock - but this is obscured in the footage. The man then turns to Moore and confronts him.

Giving evidence in court, the complainant said: "I turned around, objected to it [the grope], saying you can't do that in here."

Of the fondle, the man stated: "It was quite a firm grip, purposeful."

Moore was not known to the complainant prior to the incident, and

The trial continues.
