As we inch towards the summer holidays, tourists from around the country and abroad will begin to descend on the popular tourist destination which is Windsor.
However, amongst the offering of shops and restaurants are dozens of vacant units - some of which have been empty since 2020.
Last week it was announced that the two Windsor shopping centres, Windsor Yards and Windsor Royal Station, had been merged into Windsor Royal.
Throughout the two centres, 11 units are currently looking for new occupants, with four "under offer".
Notable units include the Swarovski shop under Waitrose and the empty Topshop clothing shop.
Topshop closed in March 2020 after it went into administration. The unit has since sat empty, but is available to rent for £125,000 per annum.
The Ernest Jones unit on the corner of Peascod Street is also on the market, having closed in 2022.
With most of Windsor Yards up for redevelopment, a number of units have been taken off the market completely in preparation for the transformation.
It has previously been reported that Windsor Yards will be transformed in a £68million investment which will see a cinema, homes and hotel built in the town.

Meanwhile in the old station, a sweet shop, Phase Eight and Carluccio's are all looking for new tenants.
On Peascod Street, Boots' old shop is also on offer for £175,000 per annum.
Windsor Royal shopping centre has been approached for comment on the empty units.
