The owner of one of Maidenhead’s most popular restaurants has announced that it will be receiving an exciting renovation over the next few months.
The Beehive, nestled in the village of White Waltham in Maidenhead, is a popular Michelin Star gastropub offering a host of gourmet cuisine and delicious seasonal menus.
Following numerous accolades, including a mention in the Top 50 Gastropubs Guide and the Michelin Guide, the pub and restaurant is now set for a complete revamp including a change of name.
The Michelin Star establishment announced that 2024 will be an ‘exciting new era for the Beehive’.
The team at the Beehive said: “We’re thrilled to announce that The Beehive is embarking on a transformative journey. This change heralds not just a new era, but a revitalisation of our beloved establishment’s spirit.
“We’ll be unveiling a new name for this exciting and unchartered dining concept very shortly.
“The future is bright for The Beehive, and we’re ecstatic to share this exciting new chapter with you.”
The Creative Chef and head of the establishment, Ruchi Mehrotra alongside the kitchen brigade at The Beehive are creating a new menu that will encompass a fusion of ‘Indian essence and contemporary flair’.
