A supermarket giant has name dropped Slough as one of the areas it hopes to build a new store.
Lidl is a German discount retailer, known for its competitive prices and middle aisle deals.
The chain currently has two supermarkets in the town, one on the Farnham Road and the other in Slough Retail Park off the Bath Road.
Now Lidl is looking to open new stores, with the release of a list of desired locations for potential stores.
Each new location is chosen for its "prominent location" and "easy access" to pedestrian walkways and traffic.
Potential areas for stores need to be at least one and a half acres - with finders of new sites being given a bonus for aiding the company's search.
Lidl revealed its hopes for a further Slough store, pinpointing Langley and East Slough as the area it hopes to serve.
The supermarket giant is also searching for a new property in Maidenhead and Windsor, three in Reading and further two in Bracknell.
