Six people on motorbikes were seen causing damage to a golf course at the beginning of this month.
At around 6pm on Sunday, February 4 at Buckinghamshire Golf Club in Denham, the vehicles were spotted on the course as security attempted to intervene.
One of the offenders produced a knife whilst another had a baseball bat.
No one was injured in the incident.
Those on the bikes were wearing tracksuits, one had a white coat with a fur hood and one in a camo print jacket.
Investigating officer, PC Daniel Brown, said: “We are investigating this incident thoroughly.
“We are appealing for anyone with information, CCTV or dash-cam footage of this incident.
“Anyone with information should get in touch through our online reporting pages or by calling 101 quoting reference 43240056124.
