A spokesperson for Langley Park said: "For your safety and the safety of our teams working onsite, please do not enter the parks during the closure.

Wind gusts of 50-70mph are expected in the area until approximately 8pm tonight.
Met Office's four tips for staying safe in strong wind
- Protecting your property from damage and other people from injury. Check for loose items outside your home and plan how you could secure them in high winds.
- Plan your journey ahead of time and allow for delays, check for updates regularly, pack essentials and ensure your phone is charged
- Drive slowly and be cautious of overtaking. Hold the steering wheel firmly. Allow extra room for cyclists, motorbikes, lorries and buses
- Stay indoors as much as possible. If going out and about try not to walk close to buildings and trees
