The site, which is used as a polo facility and is a base for the Dubai Polo Team, would see a 52-metre long pool installed subject to planning approval.

The planning statement reads: “The introduction of a hydro pool to facilitate an additional and beneficial regime into the polo ponies exercise programme will both improve performance and reduce risk of injury and therefore it is an appropriate facility for outdoor sport and recreation for this high goal polo establishment.”
