Five showstopping comedians are set to appear in an ‘uplifting night of comedy’ at Slough’s number-one entertainment venue.
The Indians are Coming will appear at the Curve Venue in Slough on Friday, November 17 at 7:30 pm.
The night features comedians, writers and actors showcasing their comedic skills, including Sinhu Vee, Tommy Sandhu, Preet Singh, Raj Poojara and Mark Silcox.
Sinhu Vee is an award-winning comedian who has appeared on Live at the Appolo, Mock the Week and Have I Got News For You. Since swapping her career from investment banking she was nominated for the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards for Best Newcomer.
Tommy Sandhu, the voice of ITV’s Blind Date, reached record-high listening figures for his infamous breakfast show on the Asian Network and was snapped up by the One Show.
Preet Singh is a stand-up comic, writer and radio host who first hit the London circuit in 2018. He has featured at well-established clubs and nights around the UK including spots at Backyard Comedy Club.
Raj Poojara, a private banker turned comedian, became British Comedian Semi-Finalist. His first performance at the London Backyard Comedy Club went so well that his second gig was in front of a sold-out theatre.
Finally, Mark Silcox is comedian and actor made it to the finals of the BBC New Comedy Award in 2013 and starred in Joe Lycett’s Channel 4 consumer rights comedy show Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back.
