Police have provided an update on a murder investigation which saw five arrests.
At around 11:20am on Saturday, September 30 police officers rushed to Hampden Road following a report that a man aged 19 had been stabbed.
An ambulance also attended the scene and gave the man treatment but he sadly died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Two men aged 19 and 21 were arrested shortly after the incident.
The 19-year-old man from Slough has been arrested on suspicion of murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of a knife and possession of a class B drug.
The 21-year-old man from Slough has been arrested on suspicion of murder, grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a knife.
Both men have been released with no further action for the murder.
Officers investigating the death of the man also made three further arrests in the day following the incident.
A 17-year-old boy from Slough has been arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a knife.
This individual remains in police custody after a warrant of further detention was granted until 11.55pm on October 4.
A 53-year-old man from Slough and a 40-year-old woman from Slough have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Both have been released on bail to return on December 29.
