A shopping centre has cordoned off an area after a section of the ceiling was seen falling down.
On Wednesday, September 6, a video began circulating online claiming to show a section of the Observatory Shopping Centre's ceiling falling down.
The video shows the area affected being beside Cortado's cafe, with passers-by moving away from the area.
Officials at The Observatory Shopping Centre have acknowledged the video.
A spokesperson on behalf of The Observatory Shopping Centre and Savills said: "The affected area is currently cordoned off.
"Glaziers have confirmed that these specific panels and the rest of the roof is safe.
"We expect the area to fully reopen on September 10 but in the meantime, the wider centre remains open and trading as usual."
The Observatory Shopping Centre in Slough is currently still open, while a section of the Queensmere Shopping Centre has been closed off in preparation for planned demolition works.
