A local man has appeared on a popular reality tv show.
Lochan Nowacki, an account manager from Windsor, entered the Love Island Casa Amor villa on June 30.
The 25-year-old has described himself as "charismatic", "happy", "energetic, friendly, easy going and personable".
Love Island, which began on Monday, June 5, is a dating game show where men and women compete to find the 'love of their life' and a cash prize.
A month into the show islanders were hit with a twist when guest performer Ne-Yo took the girls out of the main villa, sending them to Casa Amor, where their current relationships are to be tested with the introduction of six more guys and girls.
On entering Love Island, Lochan said: "I feel like I'm excited because a lot of the people in relationships aren't fully secure.
"I know the type of person I am as well, so I feel like I can turn heads.
"I'm not going to be disrespectful and I'm proud of my morals as a person."
According to Lochan's Linkedin, he grew up locally, attending Furze Platt Senior School in Maidenhead from 2008 to 2015.
He later went on to study Business and Marketing at Birmingham City University where he was awarded a first class honours.
Most recently Lochan became an account manager for a Windsor business.
Lochan hopes to find a partner in the Love Island villa with "good morals".
He added: "Someone that’s respectful to whoever they’re speaking to.
"Someone that is like me and quite adventurous, likes to try new things.
"I like the fact that someone’s got their own ambitions, with their own goals in life and happy in themselves as well."
Love Island airs every day on ITV2 at 9pm.
