AN uninsured drug driver has been arrested after being caught driving under the influence of cannabis in Slough.
The driver was arrested after a drug wipe confirmed he was positive for cannabis, on Farnham Road, Slough.
The police unit also caught the driver with “empty bags” of cannabis on the backseat as the car was seized.
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing Unit said the driver was uninsured, had tinted windows and “flashy number plates”.
Posting on social media, TVP Roads Policing wrote: “He’s now in a cell and thankfully not on our roads.”
The driver was also reported for flashy number plates that "do not conform to standards".
