A MAN who was found dead at his home in Slough had a mixture of heroin, cocaine and alcohol in his system.
Philip Hilton was sadly found deceased by his housemate on November 24 last year.
An inquest into the 47-year-old’s death was opened on Wednesday (April 19) this week at Reading Coroners Court by senior coroner Heidi Connor.

The inquest heard a post-mortem exam and toxicology testing took place to help determine the cause of death.
Mrs Connor explained the medical cause of death has been given as a mixture of heroin, cocaine and alcohol and that the matter is still under investigation.
