TWO men have been accused of kidnapping a woman and raping her in a car park in Slough after threatening to inject her with heroin.
Kasra Esmaelie and Aziz Nasser, both 25, are on trial at Reading Crown Court faced with five counts between them of rape, sexual assault and assault by beating after the alleged incident on September 3, 2021.
The court heard that pair had been given the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, a lift home from a hotel in London where she had been visiting some friends.

They were then caught on CCTV stopping at Upton Court car park in Slough where the alleged incident took place.
Prosecuting, Paul Fairley said that both defendants had got into the back of the car with the woman and ‘began touching her up’.
She was allegedly told to remove her clothes by Esmaelie but she refused and was placed in a ‘chokehold’ until she agreed and removed only her hoody.
Mr Fairley said: “Mr Esmaelie then told Mr Nasser to grab a syringe. She decided to comply and remove her bra and her trousers and she thought at the point she was going to be raped.
“Mr Esmaelie began filming her while she was crying, making her say all sorts of derogatory things. When she refused to do that Mr Esmaelie said she would be injected with heroin.

“After that Mr Esmaelie demanded oral sex and she was threatened with a syringe. [The defendants] had an argument as Mr Nasser seemingly didn’t think it was fair that Mr Esmaelie has got head and he didn’t.
“[The woman] said while crying she gave Mr Nasser oral sex.”
CCTV then caught the defendants and the woman leaving the car and Esmaelie allegedly told the woman he was going to take her to Glasgow to ‘pimp her out’.
He could be seen picking her up and ‘dumping’ her on the ground by the car before ‘demanding’ oral sex again.
Mr Fairley said: “She said she didn’t want to, begged him not to and said she wouldn’t call the police. Mr Esmaelie threatened to throw acid at her face.”
The woman then allegedly faked a seizure which ‘panicked’ the defendants leading them to drop her home.

They were later arrested by police in an interview Esmaelie, of Shirland Road, London, said it was the woman who instigated sexual activity before becoming ‘angry’ and having a ‘panic attack’.
Nasser, of Church Street, London, made no comment.
The trial continues.
