A MAN as been jailed after posting an offensive video on TikTok.
Amrik Bajwa, of Bowyer Drive, Slough was sentenced to 18 weeks’ after pleading guilty to one count of sending by public communication network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message/matter.
On 19 July last year, the 68-year-old posted a video to TikTok that was offensive to the Sikh community.

He was arrested on July 22 and charged via postal requisition on March 2 this year.
Investigating officer Sergeant Andrew Grant, based at Slough police station, said: “I would like to thank all of the key witnesses who offered their time and support to assist with this investigation.
“I am pleased with the sentence given, which provides a clear message that Thames Valley Police will not tolerate behaviour like that of Amrik Bajwa.
