A new Indian restaurant is to come to town, led by 'highly experienced and skilled chefs'.
Bombay Pavilion will launch within Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor, situated on Cippenham Lane on Tuesday, April 11.
Boasting 'authentic flavours from regions of India', the menu is inspired by Tandoor Specialties and will include signature dishes including Bombay Pavilion Dal Makhani, overnight simmered black lentils and delicious kidney beans.
A 'mouth-watering' selection of flatbread, from butter, cheese and chilli garlic naan will also be on offer.
Traditional Indian desserts are also on the menu, including carrot pudding and dried fruits.
The new restaurant will be headed by Chef de Cuisine Rakesh, Senior Chef de Partie Abhishek and Chef de Partie Abhishek.
Chef de Cuisine Rakesh has worked as Head Chef at Madhu's, a well-renowned Indian Restaurant Chain in the UK. He brings a wealth of knowledge and love for the cuisine of his homeland to the restaurant.
Senior Chef de Partie Abhishek is hugely experienced with more than 10 years of experience in the industry.
While Chef de Partie Deepak previously headed the kitchen at Hotel Mountainview, a five-star property in India for the past 11 years as a tandoor and curry chef.
Set within the Copthorne Hotel, the restaurant boasts a 'warm, welcoming, and relaxed' atmosphere, with the decor 'conjuring up the magic of the Indian subcontinent' with images of landmarks.
Once open, the restaurant will open from 5pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday.
