Mr Lee was stabbed in the leg in Waterman Court, Slough, on 2 October. Police said he was knocked off his bike by a car in Earls Lane and attacked by a group of men who were in the vehicle.
A post-mortem examination concluded Mr Lee's cause of death was shock and haemorrhage as a result of a stab wound to his right leg.
The five men were due to go on trial at Reading Crown Court next month which would have been within the custody time limits of six months.
However, the estimated length of the trial extended from three to four weeks up to seven weeks plus which could not be allocated in the April slot.
Instead, the trial has been moved to May 30 which would see all five men’s custody limit reached.
Nur’s would come to an end on April 6, Mussa’s on April 11, Tarafi on May 10 and Elgamri and the 17-year-old’s on May 17.
