AN inquest has been opened into the death of a 23-year-old from Slough.
James McDonnell died in Slough on July 16 last year.
Senior coroner Heidi Connor opened the inquest to determine how, when and where James died at Reading Coroner’s Court earlier this month.

The medical cause of death has been given as acute respiratory depression and heroin and cocaine toxicity.
A date has yet to be set for a full inquest.
