A brewery has praised the communities response to its opening, declaring customers the "heart and soul" of the taproom.

Two Flints Brewery opened the taproom in arches 25-26 on Alma Road in Windsor on December 15.

It has now been open two months and owners have said they are "truly humbled" to witness the arches come to life since.

"Our aim was to create a comfortable, welcoming space and the atmosphere so far has been a testament to that," a brewery spokesperson said.

The taproom is family-friendly and dog-friendly and serves soft and alcoholic drinks including 12 taps providing the public with the "latest releases fresh from the brewery."

Inside the taproom, guests can sit on the ground floor, or on the mezzanine where guests can see the brew kit and fermentation tanks.

Slough Observer:

"We'd love the space to be a focal point for the local community and we're aiming to host a wide range of fun events including quiz nights, food pairings, brewery tours, sports showings, fundraisers etc. Please do give us a shout if you have any ideas or requests," they added.

Two Flints Brewery is currently open Friday-Sunday, and from March onwards it will be open on Thursdays too, with extended opening hours approaching Spring.

The arches, located on Alma Road have recently had a £500k investment by The Arch Company, as part of a £200million development plan named Project 1000.

The project aims to bring spaces left vacant for over a decade into use for 1,000 businesses by 2030.

Two Flints Brewery has been one of the first companies to take up residence in an arch.
