A WOMAN has been fined for entering a ticketed area in London without a valid ticket and then failing to give his name when asked.
Karol Palasz, 30, of Oakley Crescent in Slough, was fined for entering a compulsory ticket area in East Ham, London without a valid ticket on July 15 last year.
She then failed to provide a name and address when asked by an authorised person about the lack of ticket.

Palasz’s guilt was proved in absence and she was fined a total of £718. A total of £220 of the fine was for the lack of ticket and £110 was not providing a name.
The rest of the fine was a victim surcharge and court costs.
