A man has been arrested following the theft of a painting in Windsor.
Leon McFarlane, aged 41, of Hanover Way, Windsor, was charged with one count each of non-dwelling burglary and driving a motor vehicle on a public road without third-party insurance on Friday (January 27).
The charges relate to the theft of a painting by French street artist Mr Brainwash in the Windsor area on Thursday (January 26).
McFarlane was also charged with two counts of theft from a vehicle and one count of fraud by false representation.
These charges relate to an incident on River Street, Windsor, on 23 November last year.
McFarlane was remanded in custody and appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He was further remanded in custody and is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on 27 February.
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged in connection with a burglary and other offences in Windsor.
