A teenage boy has suffered a puncture wound to his back after being chased by a group of males who stole his bank card.
Thames Valley Police reported that the incident occurred between 4:40pm and 5pm on November 7 in Hayward Mead, Eton Wick.
Two or three males chased the teenagers and after catching up to them, hit the victim on the back, after which they stole a bag and a bank card.
Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Anna Davison, based at Maidenhead police station, said: “We are appealing for witnesses in relation to this assault on a teenage boy in Eton Wick.

“I would like to reassure the public that incidents like this are thankfully very rare and a full investigation is underway.”
The teenager received treatment at Wexham Park Hospital and has since been discharged.
Detective Davison added: “There will be an increased presence of officers in the area while we conduct our enquiries.
