A 16 year-old boy has been arrested after two teenagers were robbed and assaulted in a Slough Park.

At around 6:30pm on Saturday, October 8 the victims were approached by the offender in Langley Memorial Park and threatened.

After one of the victims handed over their phone, they walked away to the junction of Green Drive and Harrow Road where they were followed by the thief.

At the junction, the other teen was assaulted and robbed of his phone.

The 16 year-old Slough boy remains in police custody on suspision of the robbery.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Joshua Webber, based at Slough police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.

“We believe the two victims were part of a large group of around 15 to 20 people who were in the park around the time and so there may have been someone who saw what happened.”

The offender is described as a man wearing a black and grey Trapstar tracksuit and riding an e-scooter that was dark grey at the top and light grey at the bottom.
