Richard Mortimer at Nutrimuscle said: “We’ve seen a huge spike in customers who have purchased supplements to help them with their running, especially supplements to help them recover, and we thought it would be interesting to see where the most popular running routes were in the UK.
“When running, recovery is an essential part of the process, and for those who don’t add recovery into their training plans, you can lose the benefits of the training you have put in as well as exposing yourself to a greater risk of injury.
“We’ve got a range of supplements to help runners to achieve their goals, and now, a specially curated list of places people can go to enjoy some great running routes and perhaps take in the sights along the way.”
