A drug dealer from Slough has been sentenced to sentenced to two years imprisonment, suspended for two years at Reading Crown Court.
Police found 20 wraps of crack cocaine, a large amount of cash, scales and two mobile phones when they stopped and searched Timo Marecha, 23m, on September 8 2020.
On one of the phones found during the search in Vansittart Road, Windsor, were messages concerned with drug supply.
He pleaded guilty to one of acquiring, using or possessing criminal property and one count of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
Investigating officer, PC Tom Hughes-Parry, based at Maidenhead police station, said: “I am pleased that Marecha has been convicted and sentenced for this crime.
“Drug supply can result in exploitation, money laundering and life-changing addictions – this will not be tolerated in our local communities and Thames Valley Police are committed to a zero tolerance approach to class A drug supply.”
Marecha, of Wexham Road, must also undertake 200 hours of unpaid work and 30 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days, as well as be subject to a tagged curfew for four months.
Marecha was arrested and charged on March 16 this year.
