REHEARSALS are in full swing as local Wraysbury performers gear up for this year’s talent show.
Wraysbury’s Got Talent is back for 2022 and is set to raise money for charity this year.
The show, which is taking place in September, will see singers, dancers and actors take to the stage in hopes to win the first prize of £100.

Last year’s sold-out event was the talk of the village and audiences were treated to an evening of entertainment, which was hosted by Terry Gleed.
Judges included Bunty Bailey, a dancer with Hot Gossip, the winner of Windsor’s Got Talent, John “Ginger” Dewhurst and long-standing member of Wraysbury Players, Lynn Holden.

And last year’s winner Max Alexander, an acoustic guitarist from Wraysbury, is a judge in this year’s show.
Other acts from 2021 included young Punjabi folk dancer Meharpal Singh, opera singer Wendy Kessack, a violinist, a comedy pianist, dancers and a rock guitarist.
